Hello, my name is Terry Peltes and I've spent a 20 years developing my skills and experience by leading companies to breakthrough performance, but more about me later.

The single most common question I hear from business owners and managers is: How do I take my business to the next level? Now the question may come in different forms or use different words but the problem is the same. My business is not delivering the results or outcomes I hoped it would.

Most business initiatives fail and thousands of businesses today are falling far short of their potential. Why, because so many experts deliver a canned solution that is too narrowly focused. Writing a business plan or focusing on a marketing plan alone will not change fundamental performance of the business. They may provide short-term motivation but the results will be short lived. Also, many programs tell you what to do but then leave you to fail in the implementation.

Not this program, once you complete the coaching program you will have a complete understanding of what actions to take to fundamentally improve your business and the results will be long-lasting. You will understand why you may have fallen short in the past and what makes businesses successful. Your plan will be specific to your business and not some cookie cutter template that won't work for you. To borrow on the old cliché-you'll learn HOW to fish. In addition to the plan, you will receive on-going support to make sure you stay on your new path. Don't worry; I won't leave you to fail.

Now, let me tell you a little about me.

As the CEO, I have just completed the successful turnaround and sale of a national healthcare services company on behalf of its investor group. That's what I do, I fix underperforming companies. And your company doesn't need to be facing bankruptcy or be in significant decline to participate in the program; the tools and methods we will employ can help any company, regardless of size or current situation, improve its performance and achieve breakthrough results.

I've spent 20 years developing my education, skills and experience in leading companies to achieve more. Besides earning a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and receiving my CPA certification as an accountant for Ernst & Young, LLP.

• I have participated in the organizational and financial restructuring, consolidation and growth of small to large companies and I've led the preparation and implementation of comprehensive strategic and business plans across several industries. I have leadership experience with both public and private companies and I've delivered substantial returns through my leadership and transformation of Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance.
• I currently sit on the board of several private companies and act as an advisor for businesses and private equity groups across several industries.
• As a Turnaround Management Association Professor, Terry co-facilitates a course on financial turnarounds at the University of Denver.
